Terms and conditions of use
The common rules for publishing, searching and communicating between professionals.
Version M2STOCK-2026-10-06.2 · 6 October 2026
Translation of contractual version M2STOCK-2026-10-06.2.
1. The service and its users
M2Stock is operated by FRET SOLUTIONS, a SAS with share capital of 25 000 €, RCS Angers 795 041 045, whose registered office is at 16, rue Saint-Vincent, 49610 Mûrs-Erigné, France. The platform enables businesses to present their storage capacity and logistics services, search for offers and make contact.
Private workspaces are reserved for professionals acting for the purposes of their business. Users must be adults and authorised to act for their company. Anyone creating the company account or subscribing must have the necessary authority. Public listings may be consulted freely.
These terms govern use of the service. The terms and conditions of sale govern subscriptions. Any specific terms expressly agreed in writing take precedence in the event of a conflict. The privacy policy describes the processing of personal data.
2. Creating an account and managing a team
Company, identity and contact information must be accurate and kept up to date. Each person uses their own account, a confidential password and an accessible professional email address. Email verification is required for the actions that request it. The company administrator manages invitations and ensures colleagues are authorised; each account belongs to a single company.
Users are responsible for protecting their access credentials, signing out on shared devices and promptly reporting any compromise. They must not share administrator access, impersonate anyone, create accounts to bypass plan limits or circumvent a suspension. Requests to transfer between companies are handled by support after checking the relevant authorisations.
3. Publishing a listing
The advertiser holds the necessary rights to the site, photographs and text published. The advertiser remains responsible for the accuracy and updating of advertised availability, floor areas, capacities, temperatures, equipment, certifications and declared ICPE classifications. An unavailable or inaccurate offer must be removed or corrected promptly.
The advertiser undertakes not to publish misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that discloses confidential information without authorisation. Photos must not unnecessarily reveal people, number plates, documents, access codes or sensitive information. JPG and PNG files are accepted, up to eight photos of 5 MB per listing.
The public map provides an approximate location. The title, description and photos are public: advertisers must avoid including exact addresses or confidential contact details. Any company identity check does not constitute warehouse certification or a guarantee of insurance, solvency or regulatory compliance.
4. Searching and making contact
Ranking is based on the filters and sorting selected by the user, including location, capacity, availability or publication date. A listing may change between viewing it and making contact. A favourite, an alert, the display of a telephone number or an enquiry does not constitute a reservation or acceptance of a contract.
The parties communicate directly and check site characteristics, authorisations, security, insurance, accepted goods, prices and operating conditions. They enter into and perform their storage, transport or service contract under their own responsibility. M2Stock does not take possession of the goods, collect payment for those services or guarantee their performance.
Contact details received may be used to handle the relevant professional enquiry. Systematic collection, resale, database enrichment, solicitation without a lawful basis or use unrelated to that purpose is prohibited. Search alerts are optional and may be deleted from the user’s workspace.
5. Artificial intelligence writing assistance
Where the feature is available, users may request a suggested description based on their listing’s characteristics. The service limits this assistance to ten requests per listing over twenty-four hours. Exact addresses and contact details are not fields intended for the model; users must not add them to the descriptive fields sent.
The suggestion may contain errors or unsuitable wording. Advertisers must read it, correct it and verify each statement before publication. They remain responsible for the saved content. Availability of this assistance depends on the technical provider and does not constitute a commitment to a particular result.
6. Fair use and security
Accessing another company’s data without permission, exploiting a vulnerability, bypassing technical limits, sending malicious content or disrupting the service is prohibited. Large-scale automated extraction and substantial reuse of the database require written authorisation, subject to rights recognised by law.
Security issues may be reported to contact@fretsolutions.fr. Reports must describe the problem without continuing to access third-party data or disclosing it.
7. Reporting, moderation and review
A signed-in user may report a listing from its page. Anyone may also write to contact@fretsolutions.fr, providing the listing URL or reference, the facts, the reason for the report, contact details for a response and, for unlawful content, the information needed to assess its unlawfulness. Reports made in good faith are reviewed by the team.
Depending on severity and urgency, FRET SOLUTIONS may request a correction, remove content or suspend an account. The company concerned receives the reason for the decision and may submit observations to support, unless prohibited by law or necessary to protect an investigation, a third party or the security of the service. Urgent measures may be taken for manifestly unlawful content, fraud or an immediate risk. Repeatedly abusive reports may themselves result in proportionate measures.
8. Availability, ownership and liability
FRET SOLUTIONS takes reasonable measures to maintain the service, its security and the separation of company workspaces. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, incidents or external events. Neither continuous availability nor any number of business contacts is guaranteed. Contractual consequences are specified in the terms and conditions of sale.
The platform, its code, visual identity and database are protected by applicable rights. Customers receive a non-exclusive right to use the service for the duration of their access. They retain rights to their content and grant FRET SOLUTIONS, while that content remains in the service, the authorisation necessary to host, reproduce, technically adapt and display it to the intended recipients. This authorisation does not permit its independent resale.
9. Account closure and changes to the rules
Users may request closure of their account. The company administrator must first arrange team continuity, retrieval of useful information and, where applicable, cancellation of the subscription. Closing an individual account does not cancel the company’s subscription. Statutory retention obligations and the rights of correspondents are respected.
Substantial changes to these terms are communicated to users thirty days before they take effect, except where required by law or urgent security measures. The version and acceptance date are retained. A change does not retrospectively alter an order. Users may stop using the service and cancel under the terms and conditions of sale.
French law applies. Disputes follow the complaint and jurisdiction procedures set out in the terms and conditions of sale, without excluding any applicable mandatory rule.
