KEY POINT
Present a space people can understand.
Create your company account, verify your email address and prepare a draft. Describe the offer, availability and zones: ambient, chilled, frozen or outdoor. Each zone can have its own floor area and equipment.
Add recent, clear photos and a factual description. Your company logo, managed by its administrator, helps people identify your business across its listings.
- Available floor area, pallet capacity and planned dates.
- Loading docks, racks, usable height and operating equipment.
- Access arrangements, opening hours and any minimum commitment.
KEY POINT
Show what your business can do.
Do you also provide services? List those that are genuinely available and distinguish storage, handling and any other operations. Businesses can use these criteria to refine their searches.
Any certifications and regulatory classifications you list must reflect your situation. Prepare the relevant supporting documents for discussions. An accurate description reduces enquiries that do not match your operation.
- Distinguish space only, space with services and services only.
- Specify which goods are accepted and any important constraints.
- Choose someone in your company who can answer enquiries.
KEY POINT
Keep your listing current and manage your conversations.
From your company workspace, complete drafts, publish offers and archive those that are no longer available. Authorised colleagues can access the company’s tools and the enquiries sent to it.
The public location is approximate. Speak directly with interested businesses to share the necessary information, confirm capacity, prepare a quote and agree on a contract. M2Stock does not promise a volume of enquiries or occupancy.
A CLOSER LOOK
Questions that
help you move forward.
What do I need to publish a listing?
A company account, a verified email address and an available listing slot in your plan. The listing must include a title, a usable location, an availability date, a contact and at least one zone with available floor area.
Can I prepare my listing before publishing it?
Yes. Save it as a draft and return to complete it from My listings. It only becomes public when you publish it and the visibility conditions are met.
Will my exact address appear on the map?
The public map shows an approximate location. Also avoid confidential information in the title, description and photos, as those are publicly accessible.
What happens when the trial ends?
When Discovery or your subscription ends, you return to Free: search and contact remain available, and listings are hidden without deletion. When downgrading a paid plan, the oldest listings remain visible within the limit. Extra user access is suspended, prioritising administrators then creation order.
