1. Seller and scope
The M2Stock service is supplied by FRET SOLUTIONS, a SAS with share capital of 25 000 €, RCS Angers 795 041 045, SIRET 79504104500027, VAT number FR41795041045, 16, rue Saint-Vincent, 49610 Mûrs-Erigné, France. Contact: contact@fretsolutions.fr, 09 73 69 79 52.
These terms apply to the SaaS subscription purchased online by a professional for their business. They supplement the terms of use. The subscription covers platform features; it does not include storage, transport, insurance or regulatory inspection of a site.
2. Plans and limits
Free search and contact. Discovery: 1 listing for 30 free days. Solo: 3 listings and 1 user, €8 excluding VAT/month or €72 excluding VAT/year. Team: 50 listings and 50 users, €55 excluding VAT/month or €600 excluding VAT/year. Free search and contact.
Free provides search and contact with no time limit. Discovery offers 30 days from the first successful publication, without a card, limited to one active listing and one user. This trial is available once per company; archiving or recreating listings does not renew it. Existing trial end dates are preserved, with Discovery limits. No payment without an explicit subscription. Drafts may be prepared and retained free of charge.
Only published listings whose availability has not ended count towards the limit. Drafts and archived listings do not count. Each company uses its own plan; creating accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.
When Discovery or your subscription ends, you return to Free: search and contact remain available, and listings are hidden without deletion. When downgrading a paid plan, the oldest listings remain visible within the limit. Extra user access is suspended, prioritising administrators then creation order.
Subscribing during the trial preserves the remaining free period, rounded up to the next full day, with at least forty-eight hours before the first charge to allow prior notification. This adjustment may extend the trial at no charge; it does not shorten it. The exact first payment date is displayed when subscribing.
3. Prices, taxes and billing
Solo: €8 excluding VAT/month or €72 excluding VAT/year (equivalent to €6/month excluding VAT). Team: €55 excluding VAT/month or €600 excluding VAT/year (equivalent to €50/month excluding VAT). Annual plans are paid in full upfront for twelve months. Prices are per company; applicable VAT and the total are shown before payment confirmation.
No administration fee or commission on a logistics contract is charged. The yearly discount is included in the stated prices. Any other discount is presented before ordering or agreed in writing. Invoices are available in the billing portal; customers must provide accurate billing details.
A price change is notified at least thirty days before it applies to a future renewal. The customer may cancel before that renewal. The price for an already paid period remains unchanged.
4. Ordering and evidence
Only the company’s authorised administrator may subscribe. They review the summary, accept these terms through a separate action and confirm payment on Stripe’s secure page. Any errors may be corrected before confirmation. The language of the contract is French.
The order is confirmed after validation by the payment provider. Activation depends on server confirmation of the payment or associated trial; returning to a success page alone is not sufficient. The terms version, acceptance timestamp, company and user acting on its behalf are retained with the information needed as evidence of the subscription. A copy of the applicable documents may be requested from support.
5. Card payment and renewal
Payment is made by card in full and in advance for the selected period: one month or twelve months. Stripe indicates accepted cards and applicable authentication checks. FRET SOLUTIONS stores neither the full card number nor its security code.
By subscribing, customers authorise recurring payments of the stated amount on the first date shown, then every month or year according to their choice, until cancellation. Monthly plans renew for one month; yearly plans renew for twelve months, paid upfront. Customers may cancel before renewal with effect at the end of the current period and update their card in the portal. Changes of plan or interval display their amount, any proration and effective date in Stripe before confirmation.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The company may cancel at any time through Subscription and then the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and prevents the next renewal. During a trial, cancellation taking effect before its end avoids the first payment. The end date is shown in the portal. If access is difficult, support may be contacted before the due date.
Paid features remain available until the end date unless another ground for suspension applies. Periods already started are not refunded pro rata when the customer cancels for convenience. This rule does not remove any refund right arising from a breach by FRET SOLUTIONS, a billing error or a mandatory provision.
As the service is sold to professionals for their business, no consumer withdrawal right is granted under this offer. If a mandatory rule exceptionally gives the customer a withdrawal right, it prevails; the customer may exercise it by sending a clear statement to the contact below within the statutory time limit.
7. Payment incidents and suspension
A declined, incomplete or unpaid payment does not grant a paid plan. Once previous access rights end, Free access applies, without publication; search and contact remain free. Confirmed payment resolution restores the corresponding access.
Amounts that have fallen due remain payable. Any delay automatically incurs penalties from the day after the due date, at the European Central Bank refinancing rate in force on 1 January or 1 July of the relevant half-year, increased by ten percentage points and not below the applicable statutory minimum. A fixed €40 recovery-cost indemnity is also due for each unpaid invoice; additional costs exceeding that amount may be claimed with supporting evidence under the conditions provided by law.
A serious breach of the terms of use may justify a proportionate suspension. Except in an emergency, fraud, security risk or legal obligation, FRET SOLUTIONS states the reason and allows a reasonable period to correct the situation. Termination for a continuing breach occurs after formal notice has remained without effect for fifteen days.
8. Support, performance and liability
The service is supplied remotely once access rights begin. The customer must have an internet connection and a recent browser. Support is available by email; no guaranteed response time or particular contractual availability level is included in the offer.
FRET SOLUTIONS is subject to an obligation of reasonable care, rather than a guaranteed result, in supplying the service. It is liable for proven direct damage attributable to a contractual breach. It is not a party to logistics contracts between users and does not guarantee business volume, the accuracy of an advertiser’s statement or proper performance of a third-party service.
To the extent permitted by law, indirect damage, such as lost business opportunities or lost profit, is not compensated. Total contractual compensation for direct damage is limited to the higher of €1,000 and the fees paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the harmful event. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence or bodily injury, nor where it would deprive an essential obligation of its substance or conflict with a mandatory rule.
In a force majeure event as defined by French law, the obligations prevented are suspended for the duration of the impediment. If it lasts more than thirty days, either party may terminate the contract prospectively, with a refund for paid periods that cannot be supplied.
9. Data, confidentiality and end of service
Each party protects the other’s non-public confidential information it receives. This obligation does not prevent legally required disclosures, access strictly necessary for providers or exchanges expressly requested by users. Personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
When the subscription ends, the company retains Free search and contact access. It can request an export of its data and account closure from support after authority checks. Deletion remains subject to justified retention periods.
10. Complaints and applicable law
Complaints are sent to contact@fretsolutions.fr with the information needed to identify the account and the issue. The parties seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action, without preventing urgent measures or automatically interrupting statutory time limits.
The contract is governed by French law. For disputes between parties that all contracted in the capacity of traders, express jurisdiction is conferred on the competent courts of Angers, including where there are multiple defendants or third-party proceedings. In other cases, statutory jurisdiction rules apply. No provision deprives a party of mandatory protection.
